Depending on traffic, the hotel is about a 15 to 45min drive from the airport. It is really well located, about a 10-15min walk to Charles Bridge and the old city, so close enough to tourists'spots and restaurants, and far enough to be calm 🙂 The rooms are great ! Beds are really comfortable, the pillows are huge and fluffy - although it's a queen size bed, they put 2 single-size quilts instead of a double-size one... It may prevent couples fighting over it at night, but when you're alone it's a little unsettling... Rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge (empty, you can ask for it to be filled), a safe, coffee and tee making facilities. Wifi is free and works very well everwhere in the hotel. The breakfast buffet is really good ! And it's included in the price of the room. There are 4 different kinds of bread, jams (very, very sweet), fruits, ham, 3 cheeses, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, beans, sausages, salad, tomatoes, and homemade cakes and pies ! They also prepare yogurt cups with granola and fruit that are very good - but they should be kept in a fridge and not on the top of the buffet... They are room temperature and they would taste better if they were cold. Overall, the hotel is great. If I had to point out a couple of "negative" things : - I'd say there is a problem with "soundproofing". I was in my room in I could hear a man in another room with a very bad cough... it's not like he was trying to be loud, but considering his door and my door were both shut + how far away he was, I was surprised how loudly I could hear him. And my room was on the 5th floor, it only had 1 window - my mother's room on the 4th floor had 2 windows, so hers was soundproof for the outside noise, whereas I could hear cars driving by. - I spotted some thick layers of dust in high places of the room. Like the top of the wall frames, the high doors... I get housekeeping staff aren't 2m tall and can't climb on something every day to do it, but considering how thick the layers were, it hasn't been done in a while. - The ventilation in my bathroom was very noisy and didn't turn off immediately when I turned the lights off. So when you want to go to sleep you either have to wait for it to stop, of just get up and remove your key card from its slot (which cuts off the power in the room) and then put it back in. - And finally, the biggest negative point I spotted (and I'm so sorry for this) : the front desk staff really doesn't know how to smile. It was my first time in Prague (and Czech Republic for that matter), and we were so surprised with how nice and hospitable people are ! From the airport staff, to our driver, the waiters in our restaurant, the people outide even ! And when we got to the hotel... the front desk staff, wether the one who checked us in, or out, or the ones we talked to during our stay... none of them smiled, or spoke in a kind voice. It seemed like they didn't care if they made a good impression or not... So okay, 1 person can have a bad day, but all of them for 2 days... it was sad. Now, they're very effective nonetheless ! We required a car service, and asked about the city, and they kept our luggage when we checked out... They gave us all the information we needed, no question there. It's just too bad they don't smile or look happy to work there... Oh, just an exception : the young lady at the breakfast ! She smiles kindly, greets everyone when they arrive, asks if she can clear the plates... she was really nice ! In short : this hotel is a very nice play to stay for a short visit in Prague 😊 I recommend it !

Great hotel, very clean and modern. Very quiet and in a great location for all the major sightseeing attractions. The food was good, albeit a limited selection, and the staff were very friendly. For a short break I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Would of given this hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for the arrival in the room, we were shocked to find the bed not made, toilet roll down the toilet, open bottle of water on table and a used tea bag in a cup. We complained to the males on reception and never got much of an apology and they gave us a new room which too be honest was a lovely room, clean and tidy. Shower very good and hotel in decent area of the city with some nearby bars and restaurants. The staff the next few days we spent there were polite and friendly and cudnt do enough for u, just a shame the guys on reception the night we arrived weren't as friendly.

First impressions of the hotel were better than I had anticipated, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Our room was a standard double, which was small but fine as we didn't need to spend lots of time there. The bathroom was large and the shower powerful, although the floor flooded a bit if the dodgy shower doors weren't perfectly closed. Toiletry provision is minimal (one tiny bottle of hair and body wash per person per day), so would recommend bringing your own. The hotel is in a good location, within reasonable walking distance of the main city centre areas and very close to a tram stop. Overall, excellent value for money and would recommend for a short city break.

Filthy and definitely not a four star hotel. The shower flooded on our first night and when the water finally went down the plug the shower tray was left with other people's hair in it! We reported this and were told their was no one avaliable to fix it and no manager on duty. The following day when we returned from a day trip the shower was still disgustingly dirty and we spoke to reception again. He said the shower had been fixed, came to the room and ran the shower to clean the hair and other bodily fluids away. He seemed surprised when I explained that was not how I expect a shower to be cleaned. Eventually the manager came and the shower was cleaned but the rest of the room was still awful. I had to clean dust of a dress which was from the wardrobe. The dust on the bathroom floor was so thick you could write in it and the radiator looked like it had never been cleaned. There were stains on the carper and food. Breakfast was very limited. Toiletries very limited. No frills, very basic, had to ask for a pillow and bed hard. We will not be returning.
